There are two places on this site where you can hand us data. Both are forms.

Contact form

Your name, email address, company (optional), the topic and stage you pick, and your message. We use it to answer you.

Launch list

Your email address, so we can tell you when something we are building opens up.

Technical

Your IP address is held in server memory for a few minutes to rate-limit form submissions. It is not written to a database and not used to identify you.

We do not buy data, we do not enrich what you send us with data from elsewhere, and we do not use any of it for automated decisions or profiling.

When you fill in the contact form, we process your data to answer a question you asked us, which is a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The launch list runs on your consent under Article 6(1)(a): you decide to leave your address, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Both forms send an email. They do not write to a database, and we do not keep a copy of your submission anywhere else on this site.

Vercel

Hosts the site and runs the form handlers. Server logs may briefly contain request data, including your IP address.

Resend

Delivers the email that carries your message to our inbox.

Our inbox

Where your message ends up and where we reply from.

Both processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it runs under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and at most two years after the last contact. Launch-list addresses stay until the product launches or until you ask us to remove yours. Rate-limit data disappears from memory within minutes.

This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no advertising or social media scripts. That is why you do not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add analytics, this page changes first and you get the choice before anything is placed.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to the processing, or request a copy in a portable format. Email info@studionorthstar.nl and we will respond within a month.

If you think we are handling your data badly, we would like to hear it first. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

When the site changes in a way that affects your data, this page changes with it. The date at the top tells you when that last happened.
