Cases: client work and our own products.

Each case tells you what the question was, how we went about it, what it gave and who says so. We only name what we can back up, so you will not find figures here that we cannot show.

  • Client workWork for an organisation, outside our own products.
  • Own productProducts we build and run ourselves with ARCS, our agentic platform.

Hackathon

NextEnergy AI Hackathon 2026

Question
A team that wants to find out for itself how you set up a project with AI, from the first idea to a result you can show.
Approach
We organised and facilitated a hackathon for the NextEnergy team. Hackathons are part of what we do for teams learning to work with AI, next to the modules of the Academy.
Result
Participants rated the hackathon in our own feedback environment. We publish no figures about the outcome here.
Who says so

“Echt top hoe je ons in een paar dagen hebt meegenomen in hoe een project kan worden opgezet en tastbare resultaten levert.”

Maarten, NextEnergy

Our own products

Our own products are not client assignments. They show how we build, because we bring them to market and keep running them ourselves.

Plens

Question
A forecast for one place says little about a whole ride, because the shower moves while you do. When do you leave to stay as dry as possible?
Approach
Plens works out the rain on each part of the route at the moment you get there, drawing on KNMI radar, Open-Meteo, OpenRouteService and PDOK, and compares departure times around the one you planned. We build and run Plens with ARCS, our agentic platform: one model does the work, a different one checks it.
Result
Plens runs on plensapp.nl for cycling, running and walking, with shelter points along the way.

Forenta

Question
AI works out a weak idea as quickly and as convincingly as a strong one. How do you know an idea holds before anyone builds it?
Approach
Forge takes an idea, a plan or the relevant code and names the goal, the scope, the assumptions and the risks, and says so when an idea is not strong enough. For organisations, Enterprise puts that logic in a pipeline of fixed stages with a decision point between every one. Forenta is built and reviewed with ARCS, our agentic platform.
Result
Forge is open to everyone. The Enterprise pipeline runs with pilot organisations.

FamAway

Question
A family trip lives in a mailbox, a spreadsheet and a maps app, and with no signal most of it will not open. How does the whole family get the same plan?
Approach
One trip code puts the same plan on every phone. The app works offline first and merges changes per item, so nobody overwrites anyone else. Each leg is routed for the transport of that leg; for a camper, that includes its height and weight. FamAway is built and reviewed with ARCS, our agentic platform.
Result
FamAway is in use on real trips, camper routes included.
  • StageLive · In use on real trips
  • NowRunning against real itineraries, including camper routing measured against an actual 4.2 m, 7.5 t journey.
Who says so
