We write down the goal and what counts as done, before anything is built.

Into bounded tasks. Each one goes to the council with the right specialism.

One model does the work. A different model reviews it. A third checks the fix.

A run stops on a named reason and leaves a checkpoint that can be inspected and resumed.

Are you an agency or a product studio?
Both, with one system. We build and run our own products, and we build for companies with the same intelligence system and the same checks.
What is ARCS?
ARCS (Agentic Reasoning & Coordination Systems) is Studio Northstar's intelligence system: seventeen specialist councils that create, review and re-check work. No model reviews its own output, and every run leaves a checkpoint.
Can you review our codebase?
Yes, as an engagement: a security review, a legacy assessment or a delivery that has to survive an audit. An ARCS council does the review, and every finding arrives with its checks.
Can you help our team learn to work with AI?
Yes. The Studio Northstar Academy has fourteen modules an organisation switches on per licence, and we run hackathons for teams, such as the NextEnergy AI Hackathon 2026.
What happens with our data?
Where each task runs is chosen per task and recorded: on our own machines or on a frontier model. Sensitive material can stay on Northstar One, our own machines and models on a private network.
